I’ve gone through my fair share of headphones, so for this post, I’ll recommend my favorite wireless and wired headsets.

For wireless, I recommend the Hyper X Cloud Flight. The Cloud Flight has an impressive 30-hour battery life, making it great for long gaming sessions. It’s also one of the lightest headsets I’ve used, weighing in at only 275 grams. The sound quality is superb, and the ear cups are very comfortable.

For the wired recommendation, I highly recommend the Drop’s PC38X. This headset is hands down the best gaming headset I’ve ever used. Its build material is mostly plastic but very durable. The ear cups are designed super well so comfort should not be a problem The sound quality in my view is unmatched for the price. You’re able to hear footsteps and audio cues amazingly well. Music also sounds smooth with more bass/ low end. It also has a good mic on the headset as an added feature if you don’t have a standalone microphone The only downside is the bland color design which is very much a subjective opinion.

Mousepad

A gaming mouse is another essential gaming accessory. But even the best gaming mice need a good mousepad to perform their best. A gaming mousepad also provides a comfortable surface for your wrist and can help you keep your gaming area organized. Some mousepads are also built with utility in mind. For example, Logitech’s Powerplay charges certain Logitech mice while in use. Size is also a customization option when choosing a mouse pad. XL Mouse pads can cover a good portion of your desk setup, holding not only your mouse but also your keyboard.

XL Mousepads and Deskpads can help with aesthetics as well as keeping your other accessories in line. Your keyboard, mouse, and other desk accessories can sit on top of your desk pad, creating a sort of desk ecosystem.

If you’re serious about gaming, then you know that a gaming keyboard is a must-have. Not only do gaming keyboards offer better performance, but they also come with cool features like backlighting and programmable keys. Mechanical keyboards have become very popular in recent years with customizable keycaps outfitting keyboards to make them look cool, cute, or both.

I recommend a keyboard that fits your everyday use. I have been using Logitech’s G915 TKL keyboard for a while. It’s by far the best keyboard I’ve ever used. It’s light yet durable. Wireless yet perfectly captures my inputs when I’m gaming. And the tactile switches feel amazing when I’m working or gaming.

Audio Interface

An audio interface is a must-have for any gaming PC setup. It allows you to connect your gaming headset and gaming keyboard to your computer so you can hear your games and chat with your friends.

There are a lot of different audio interfaces on the market. Some are designed for gaming while others are designed for music production. So what’s best for depends on what your primary use is. The world of DACs and pre-amps are vast. For now, I want to recommend audio interfaces that everyone can start with.

I have been using Audient EVO 4 for some time now. It’s an easy-to-use audio interface that will drastically improve your sound experience during gaming and work. It’s USB-C powered and makes it super easy to use XLR mics. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their audio quality but haven’t yet fully got into the world of DACs and pre-amps.

There is also the Rode Al-1 audio interface and Elgato’s Wave XLR. Both are in the same price range as the EVO 4. The choice will boil down to form factors and software support.

Microphone

A gaming microphone is a must-have for any gaming PC setup. It allows you to communicate with your team and respond to you your opponents with age-old profanities. There are a lot of different gaming microphones on the market. But for now, I want to recommend two that everyone can start with.

For years, I’ve had the original Blue Yeti for years and it’s served me well. There is no fancy software or tuning, it’s a plug-and-play product that produces studio-like audio recordings. Now Logitech and Blue have created Blue Yeti X, the supposed successor to Blue Yeti. It’s a great all-around microphone that will capture your voice clearly. It has four pickup patterns: cardioid, bidirectional, omnidirectional, and stereo. You can’t go wrong with either

Screenbar/Monitor Lightbar

Screenbars are a piece of tech, I recently go into. At night, your room light or the desk lamp around may not be enough to see your desk. Or you want to reduce eye strain while clearing desk space. A screen bar is built for these situations. It’s a USB-powered LED light that attaches to the top of your screen and provides adjustable, focused light for gaming in low-light conditions.

Currently, the best in the market is BenQ’s Halo ScreenBar which can illuminate the front and the back of the monitor making work or gaming more comfortable for the eyes. It’s also paired with a sleek-looking wireless controller that adjusts the brightness and color temperatures.

Even if it’s the best in the market, the Halo screen bar runs on the pricier side. There is a good alternative for cheaper, the Quntis light bar PRO+. It’s a dimmable light bar that also comes with a wireless controller. The best part is, it’s half of the price.

USB Hub

With the desk accessories, I mentioned prior, you need some sort of hub to take all the USB connections while keeping your battlestation clean. A USB hub is a great way to keep your gaming area organized and tidy. It allows you to connect all of your gaming peripherals to your computer in one place. There are a lot of different USB docks on the market. But for now, I want to recommend two that everyone can start with.

I currently use a 4-port Sabrent USB hub. It’s a small form factor that can be tucked away and houses the receivers of my wireless peripherals. I’ve had no problems with speed or connectivity. I can also use their individual power switches to quickly turn off the USB, should a situation arise when I need to. The best part of having it as a small form factor is that it’s great for travel.

Anker also has a similar 4-port USB Hub. It has a super slim form factor and a USB end cable is 2 ft long, great for any configuration. However, it is more expensive and doesn’t have switch functionality like the Sabrent USB hub. Both are great options, that will definitely improve tidiness and cable management.

Desk Organizer

A desk organizer is a great way to keep your gaming area organized and tidy. It helps you keep your desk free of clutter so you can focus on either your game or work. It’s quite difficult to find a desk organizer that has aesthetics. But I do have one that would be a great addition.

You can think of desk organizers as folder trays, which you’ve seen at schools or workplaces. They can also be built as a way to not only manage folders but also small items like jewelry and keys. The Yamazaki desk bar organizer adds a great touch to your workstation by not only providing a modern design to your area but also functions also to hold the small items prone to creating clutter.

Once you have your core setup, desk accessories can really help accent your workstation and breath life into your battlestation. Whether it’s a simple desk organizer or a more complex USB hub, these accessories can really help you take your station to the next level. These are only a few of the must-haves in my opinion. The panel is a 1080 IPD panel able to run a refresh rate of 300hz. 300hz is a bit of an overkill but know that the option is there for FPS gamers (My eyes can see past 300hz…). If RGB and lighting are one of your main purchase drivers, this laptop is best at RGB design. And not just the RGB design, but the overall build quality is great with multiple ports and well-ventilated chassis. Lenovo’s Legion line has been producing excellent affordable gaming laptops for quite some time. The newest 2022 Legion 5 takes what it has been doing best while making a sleeker design. Built with the AMD/Nvidia combo, the components are industry standard for the price. The laptop has a 1080 IPS display with a 144hz refresh rate. It is not the best in class but will still provide an excellent gaming experience in the most demanding games. The design is also slimmer which makes it more portable for LAN parties or traveling. I would have liked to see a higher storage option as only 512GB might get filled up quickly with games these days. The Lenovo Legion 5 is a gaming machine that is great for budget-minded gamers.

Overall it should deliver great gaming performance for most graphics-intensive games.

The hardware it packs is impressive as well with an Intel Core i7 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070. It also comes with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. Even with a higher price than others in this category,its still one of the best gaming laptops for this price range. The only downside I see for MSI is that their customer service isn’t the best. There have been multiple reports of people waiting weeks or even months to get a response from customer service. So if you purchase an MSI product, make sure you have a backup plan just in case something goes wrong. With specs like these, you can’t go wrong with the MSI Pulse GL66.

As such, the Acer Predator Helios 300 is one of the best gaming laptops for under 1500. It has a sleek design and is packed with some great hardware. The Intel Core i7 and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 are a great combo for any gamer. The 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD are quite standard for mid-range laptops. The display is a 1080 IPS panel with a 144hz refresh rate. I would have liked to see a higher resolution but for the price, it is still a great laptop. The laptop is also compatible with Alexa Show mode. This basciallty makes your PC into a Alexa screen just like Echo devices. Ofcourse this Acer’s customer service is also very responsive and helpful so you can rest assured that you will be taken care of if anything goes wrong.

Previously, I mentioned the MSI Pulse as a great gaming laptop at a reasonable price point. I also mentioned how MSI laptops are usually powerful but bulky. Well, MSI has a line of gaming laptops that are designed with elegance and weight in mind. The MSI Stealth 15M is one of those laptops. It comes in at only 0.62 inches and weighs in at only three pounds. Despite its small size, it packs a punch with an Intel Core I77 and Nvidia RTX 3060. The 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD are also great for gaming and general use. However, with a compact design, there may be tradeoffs. Quite a few users have complained about the fan noise being loud and the laptop getting too hot. But if that doesn’t bother you or you game with loud teammates, then I recommend trying the MSI Stealth.

What to look for in a $1500 “Budget” gaming laptop?

Affordability is a very relative term and $1500 can be considered on the high end for certain people. $1500 can buy a Meta Quest Pro, which can let users work virtually on 3 monitors during its 2 hours of battery life. $1500 is also around the price range many people consider mid-range for laptops. Low-end, high-end, mid-range, the price you pay should be worth the product you get.

A way to qualify the worth of a gaming laptop depends on your priorities. Do you want a powerhouse as the main battle station and won’t be traveling as often, or do you want a lightweight portable gaming laptop that can run the top competitive games on the market? More often than not most gaming laptops in this budget may have tradeoffs and getting your priorities/needs can help with the decision-making process. The easy part comes after.

A lot of mid-range gaming laptops start to use very comparable parts. If you look at the list, the RAM and Storage Size is mostly the same, where some would offer more storage. The GPU also usually varies between 3050, 3060, and their Ti counterparts. The bigger difference come in build quality, display preferences, and Adhoc features like ports and webcams. Companies have created so many variations and advancements in gaming laptops. It’s easy to get lost or overwhelmed. (Their naming convention doesn’t help either) Hopefully, this list either serves as your last stop or your first step into the world of gaming laptops.

My Final Thoughts

Even though I primarily game and do most of my work on my gaming desktop, I would still love to own a gaming laptop for its portability. But for the past few years, my gaming has been on my custom-built desktop and my gaming consoles (Switch and PS5). My iPad Pro has filled that laptop “gap”. With the Steam Link app, I can stream my steam games to my iPad. But the purpose of my iPad is more work and productivity. With the rise of handheld cloud gaming, it’s hard to if I should invest in a gaming laptop or have an iPad & gaming handheld combo. My View

It’s no surprise that CyberpowerPC is on this list. They have been in the prebuilt pc space for years while offering the best bang for your buck. Even my first gaming pc was a CyberpowerPC. The selling point of this particular model is in its name. CyberpowerPC touts CyberpowerPC Gamer Xtreme VR as VR-ready.

VR gaming is steadily rising to be the next big form of entertainment. Although certain VR headsets can function as standalone devices, having a gaming pc allows for flexibility in using applications like Steam VR. The CyberpowerPC Gamer Xtreme VR is a great PC for its price especially with the GPU being an Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060. It should have no problem running the latest titles at decent framerates.

8 GB of ram is plenty for enjoying most games. For more demanding games, I’d recommend adding another 8GB of dual-channel ram. The biggest downside is the relatively small storage space. However, like RAM, you can easily add SSDs and essentially future-proof your gaming PC.

This company was established in 2016 so it’s fairly new to the pre-built space considering its competitors. They have made numerous game ready PC’s and the Shadow is great sub $1000 PC.

My View

If you solely compare the PC components from the CyberpowerPC Gamer Extreme VR to the Skytech Shadow, the difference is a less powerful CPU but more storage space in the latter. I am a little more averse to this configuration. The reason is that for the entry-level gamer/tech enthusiast upgrading the CPU down the line will be far more difficult than upgrading space for games. Otherwise, the Skytech Shadow gaming computer is a great choice.

The iBUYPOWER Pro SlateMR contains some great parts at a reasonable price point. The big difference here is the inclusion of the CPU AMD Ryzen. Ryzen CPUs are phenomenal hardware. My current build has an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X and it knocks multitasking out of the park. Overall, the build comes with strong components with only the storage space lacking. CLX is fairly new to the gaming computer scene. Since its founding in 2016, the company has gone on to build a great portfolio of gaming computers, all named after Egyptian gods. (Much better than a random string of letters and numbers.)

Comparing this to the iBUYPOWER Pro SlateMR, you can see that the CLX Set is a less powerful version in terms of the CPU and graphics card for relatively the same price point. Otherwise, they are very similar gaming pcs. At this point, your preference would come down to more granular features like USB ports and PC cases.

I know of NZXT mostly because of their great PC cases. They also use their great cases in their prebuilt gaming pc. The NZXT Player One has great components for the sticker price of $949, pretty comparable to the ones previously mentioned in this list. I know we usually don’t talk about other components like case fans or the CPU cooler. But I did want to mention that this config comes with a dedicated CPU cooler and not a stock CPU cooler. This is a huge plus as many gamers can use this cooler for other Intel CPUs when they upgrade. In my view, this PC has the highest score in the future-proof aspect.

The NZXT Player One is a great gaming computer for early pc gamers with major potential for future upgrades.

Zotac is mostly known for its aftermarket GPUs. Buying a PC from them will guarantee a Zotac GPU in the system. HP builds their pre-builts in a way that upgrading is worse than building a brand new PC. If you’re going to be playing non-taxing games (Fortnite, League of Legends), then this is a safe option

My View

HP makes great personal laptops and business hardware. They also have been making decent prebuilt gaming desktops. Although it’s using a graphics card from a previous generation, it can still dish out decent in-game performance. The biggest difference between HP’s gaming pcs vs other competitors on this list is its case.

The HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop uses a case that is fully enclosed with no glass panel to show the inside. This causes the airflow to be suboptimal as well as makes upgrades extremely difficult. So the biggest downside is that future-proofing is virtually non-existent. I can only recommend the HP Pavilion if this is your first foray into prebuilt gaming pcs. However, if this isn’t your first rodeo with gaming pcs but still want a prebuilt gaming pc under $1000, then I highly recommend my previous choices above.

My View

I included this as an honorable mention to this list because of what it offers for the price. I understand this list is for gaming pcs under $1000 but I wanted to include an honorable mention for a gaming pc $200 more than the budget price.

The Skytech Shiva is an amazing configuration for its price. An Intel 11th gen paired with an RTX 3060 will run most games in 1440p at amazing framerates. If you can spend $200 more in your $1000 budget, then I highly recommend adding this tower to your battlestation.

What should we look out for in a prebuilt gaming pc?

If you are new to PC gaming, it might be difficult to know what constitutes the best-prebuilt gaming pcs. Truthfully, the answers can very subjective. However, there are ways to objectively approach that answer.

Starting out, you may be attracted to the bells and whistles of RGB fans and RGB lighting. Try not to get distracted and objectively look at these 3 main components, the graphics card, the CPU, and the amount of RAM. You may have noticed I have an affinity toward Nvidia graphics cards. I personally use a 3080 graphics card and it works astonishingly well with the latest games. However, this isn’t to say that an AMD Ryzen graphic card is bad. They still dish out amazing frames at a decent value.

The reason I move towards Nvidia cards is that many games optimize the RTX raytracing as a selling point in their games, a feature only compatible with RTX cards. In certain FPS games, a feature called NVIDIA Reflex can only be utilized when using RTX cards. These are the primary reason that I lean towards Nvidia RTX cards.

Choosing a CPU can lead to a rabbit hole of choices and information. Single thread vs Multi-Thread, # of cores, base and max clock speeds, and more are all choices to consider after you’ve become used to the world of PC building and PC gaming. A deeper dive into those aspects of a CPU isn’t in the scope of this article. For now, just be mindful of motherboard and RAM compatibility when using either an AMD or Intel CPU.

My Final Thoughts

There are a plethora of options when looking for the best-prebuilt gaming PC and it’s easy to get lost and overwhelmed. If you are just starting out, which I’ll assume based on the $1000 price point, I highly recommend choosing any gaming computer from this list. The gaming performance on these gaming PCs is perfect for entry-level gamers and will run the most popular games at great frame rates. If you’re still hesitant about these picks, use this article as a piggyback to research other prebuilt gaming PCs. Most modern games will run smoothly based on the components in each of the gaming computers mentioned above.

What are some essential tech products for your home?

Personal Work/Battle Station

Now, more than ever, a personal workstation or battlestation is a must in the modern tech enthusiast home. Many of you may already have the products in these checklists, but use this post as a resource to find new products to level up your current setup.

Desktops

I’m writing gaming desktops as part of the checklist for essential tech because it is the core of every station. Many of the best computer hardware are targeted toward gamers. As such many pre-built gaming PCs are built with the best components. Be it personal productivity, work, or gaming, there are great pre-built options to have in your home. But I am also a huge fan of building PCs. So if you go pre-built or build your own, just make sure it is powerful enough for what you need it to do.

Laptops

Nowadays gaming laptops can carry the same power, if not more, as some desktops. The best part is, it’s way more portable. I personally don’t use a laptop, but it’s definitely not uncommon to have both. Many even use their laptop as the main driver, having it hooked up to a big monitor and other peripherals. Definitely a must-have in your workstation arsenal.

Mice

If you own either of the products above (laptops or desktops), you will need a mouse. If you’re gaming, you need a mouse to hit your shots. If you’re a content creator, you will need a mouse to have your workflow be 10x better.

Mouse Pads

Mice need mousepads. Unless you want to ruin the longevity and performance of your mouse, everyone should use a mousepad. These days, there are a lot of options to pair up with your preferred peripheral. The type of material, length, and even functionality (some mouse pads can charge the mouse) all play in the decision of choosing the mouse pad.

Keyboards

In recent years, keyboards have entered a space of massive customization due to custom keycaps became widely popular. I’m not going to go that deep into customization, but it is very easy to get overwhelmed. The type of key, wired or wireless, and even gaming vs productivity keyboards. There are a few keyboards I recommend for gaming. If time allows, I may do one for keyboards used for productivity.

Monitors

Depending on your environment and the type of hardware you own, your choice of monitor can widely vary. Even within monitors, you can have curved, vertical, and even curved vertical. For now, my setup utilizes the Samsung (for my PS5) and second monitor, and a Lenovo (Main PC monitor). Personally, adding more monitors would feel like overkill.

Gaming/Office Chairs

In my opinion, gaming/ office chairs are the most underrated part of anyone’s setup. With working from home as a norm, your body most likely sits 6+ hours a day in this chair. If you’re gaming, you want a chair comfortable enough that you only need focus on ranking and not the pain in your back. I totally understand if your current situation restricts your chair budget. However, if you can spend, I highly recommend spending more than you usually would for this part of your setup.

Screen/Light Bars

For me, screen bars are a product that you didn’t know you needed until you’ve tried it. Workspace lighting can help reduce the strain on your eyes when you’re staring at a monitor for a long time. Most screen/light bars sit on top of the monitor to shine light and reduce the incoming glare. They are a great addition to those late-night productive or gaming sessions to help make sure your eyes stay healthy.

External SSDs

If you create content, external SSDs are a must. If you own a console, external SSDs are a must (looking at Warzone’s 100GB). If you own a million photos, I’d actually recommend cloud storage, but external SSDs are good for that too. In any case, external SSDs with fast read/write speeds are fantastic for any storage solution.

Headsets 

Headsets are different from headphones, with the biggest one being having a mic attached to the headset itself. I’ve used a few throughout my life, with the primary use case being being able to hear the audio cues in Overwatch and my friends’ comms. This part of the setup has rotated the most throughout my gaming career. I have favorites for certain situations, which I will elaborate on in a future post.

Microphones

Previously, I talked about headsets which usually come with an inbuilt microphone. I also wanted to touch on standalone microphones. Using a standalone mic than the one on your headset can immensely improve audio output. From hosting client calls to running dungeons, a good microphone goes a long way for proper communication. As a content creator, proper audio is a must. There are many great options, just be aware of what cables are required.

Audio Interface

This brings me to my next recommendation for audio interfaces. Audio interfaces are usually used by music professionals. But with the rise of streaming, audio interfaces have made their way into the hands of content creators and gamers. In the simplest of terms, an audio interface is a better soundcard than the one on your PC. Since some of the better mics in the market use XLR cables an audio interface is a must for those setups.

USB Hub/Dock

I dream of a setup where all my peripherals connect to one single wireless USB receiver. (I think Logitech got close) Until that technology is polished, your setup is bound to have many USB outs looking for USB ins. This is why I highly recommend a USB dock/hub. Mac users are probably already used to a thunderbolt/USB dock. But if you plan to rock your station with products listed here, you need a USB hub to have some sort of cable sanity.

Floor Lights

This piece of “tech” is something I thought about adding to my setup recently. Basically, a floor lamp that is usually tall as your battlestation. Lighting is great for setting the tone of your work session. Most of all, your eyes will thank you for taking the time to create a nice lighting environment.

Wireless Charging Station

Many of us carry mobile phones and wearables capable of wireless charging. So it’s no surprise that a wireless charging station is on this list. There are a lot of great options out there that added to small space on you workstation desk.

Gaming

Gaming has been around for a good part of my life. It helped me break communication barriers when I was a young kid and helped me build relationships with a lot of friends. I currently work in the gaming industry as a product manager, so being in the know is a fun part of my job.

Consoles

For the latter half of my gaming journey, I played all of my games on PC. As more high-profile, triple-A exclusives came to the PS4, I bit the bullet and bought the PS4 Pro Marvel’s Spiderman Edition. Since, then a lot of great exclusives released for the Playstation, including one of my favorite games of all time God of War. Now as one of the few people able to play a Sony Playstation 5, I’m very excited to play Ragnarok.
However, the consoles don’t stop with a PS5. I am been a fan of Nintendo since the Gamecube era and currently own a Switch as well. I highly recommend the OLED version as this is what the original Switch should have been. With great games like BoTW and Smash, and even more coming soon announcements like the new Pokemon and Tears of the Kingdom, the Switch is a great portable console.

Mobile Gaming Peripherals

The population of mobile players is enormous and it’s only getting bigger. In the coming months and years, most competitive games on the PC will be ported to mobile. As I write this, Valorant and Warzone are going to be released on mobile, with Apex being fully launched a few months prior.

Within those competitive games, there will be many players trying to reach the peak of their leaderboards. So for those, who still want to maintain the competitive edge as well as be comfortable in their sessions, I highly recommend adding peripherals like a backbone controller to level up your mobile gaming experience.

VR Headsets

I am hyped about what’s happening in the VR space. I got into VR with my first headset, the Oculus Rift. At the time it was quite expensive for my budget but I was blown away. Now I’m using the Meta Quest 2 as my main driver, a huge step up. However, it’s not perfect. The default strap is weak and the battery drains on intense games. However, a lot of third-party accessories have been made to help its deficiencies.

In the coming months, we’ll start to see more contenders in the VR space. Some of these include the PICO series and even the Meta Quest Pro. Really looking forward to these headsets in the coming months.

VR Accessories

As I mentioned above, the Meta Quest 2 is not perfect. You can put blame on cost-cutting to make it affordable, but it still doesn’t solve its inherent problems. Many companies have identified these problems as a selling point and a lot of essential accessories/upgrades have been developed.

Audio

I made audio its own section because of the numerous categories that you can go into and get lost in. By no means am I an audiophile, but I have gone through my share of audio products and have friends who dabble in the higher end of audio products.

Earbuds

Earbuds are great for all use cases. It’s the most common and popular audio product. Apple dominates this market with its Airpods line. I even think they might be cannibalizing their own Beats line. However, there are some worthy contenders to AirPods. Gaming earbuds have also become popular for not only mobile but for handheld consoles as well

IEM

IEM or In-Ear Monitors have been popular recently, especially among the gaming community. They are originally used by musicians to hear their own mix of vocals during a live performance. These days, companies are creating versions for the everyday consumer. I own the KZ ZS10 Pro, but there are many options to choose from.

Bone Conduction Headphones

Bone conduction headphones are an interesting piece of tech. Their purpose is like any headphone, to deliver sound to the listener. But the way it does so is by vibrating the bones in your skull. They are a great option for those who are hard of hearing or for those who want to maintain awareness of their surroundings.

Wireless Speakers

Wireless Speakers are great for parties, outdoor events, and for those walking through the streets of LA. They are also a great addition to either your home theater or your personal workstation. There are gaming-specific speakers but also looming towers for that IMAX home theater experience.

Soundbars

Soundbars are a great addition to any home/ home theater. They elevate the viewing experience to a new level. I currently rock an old (discontinued) Bose soundbar that still to this day produces outstanding sound quality when playing movies. Highly recommend having these as part of your viewing and even your gaming experience.

Home Tech

The evolution of home technology has been intriguing to watch. No one thought about using electric kettles or self-heating mugs, you just popped your cup in the microwave. In my opinion, home technology really picked up as smart home automation became possible for modern-day consumers. Big tech companies have entire product lines in this category and more are on their way.

Smart OLED TVs

I personally still use a Samsung monitor to play my PS5. However, when I do get the opportunity to set up a home theater, the first purchase will be an OLED TV. I’m not doing my PS5 any justice if I don’t game on such on a wider crystal clear screen.

Smart Home Assistant

A smart home assistant’s destiny can be two things, a dust collector or the core of your home tech essentials. Many of the prominent tech companies have their own piece of hardware with their own personalities. These days, you can also make your own if you’re wary of data collection by big tech. Either way, a smart assistant will be essential as the brain of your home tech setup.

Self Heating Mugs

Self-heating mugs are great for the winter season or if you just live in a cold place. They are also great if you keep your drink in your cup the whole day. With a self-heating mug, there’s no need to pop it back into the microwave.

Electric Kettles

Electric kettles are a great addition to the kitchen. The primary goal of a good electric kettle is for it to boil water without your supervision. Many electric kettles do that well while looking stylish. At the end, of the day boiling water gets a lot easier with an electric kettle than with a stovetop.
